Yes, the Frogs & Friends mobile app is required in order to register an account or log in to an existing account. Enrolling for our activities is done via the mobile app.

Yes, our app offers the ability to share a child account across two parent accounts. Simply link your child account with the other parent email address via "My Account > My Child Accounts > Edit Child > Link this child account".
You can opt in or out of receiving mobile push notifications on a device from "Notifications".
You can also choose to receive account notifications via mobile push notifications or via email. See "Notifications > Settings".
Yes, you can request the termination of your entire account, or a child account from My Account. A staff will be reviewing your request and action the permanent termination. Upon termination your personal data will be removed, and as such this action is irreversible.
