What does the app do?

The Frogs & Friends app facilitates the registration, management and enrolment onto lessons, courses, memberships, parties and other activities for a Frogs & Friends account.

Do I need to install the app in order to register, log in and enrol for lessons?

Yes, the Frogs & Friends mobile app is required in order to register an account or log in to an existing account. Enrolling for our activities is done via the mobile app.

Can I install the app on multiple phones?

Yes, you are able to install the Frogs & Friends on multiple phones. All account functionalities will be available across devices.

How does the app work?

1. Explore

Explore Frogs & Friends activities and the venues available.

Enrol onto adult, child or parent and baby memberships using a recurring payment plan.

Book after school activities lessons, intensive lessons, courses and parties.

2. My Account

Manage your Frogs & Friends account.

Manage your Child Accounts. Link children between parent accounts.

Manage your Billing Information.

View recent Purchase History and request refunds.

3. My Children

Track swimming progress and achievements for your children.

Purchase embroidered badges achieved by your children.

(optional) Video Analysis - Video gallery of your child demonstrating swimming abilities

4. Notifications

View your notifications for account activity and newsletter.

Manage your notification settings.

5. Stories

Frogs & Friends events, achievements, plans and announcements.

Can I share my child accounts with my wife/husband, ex-wife/husband?

Yes, our app offers the ability to share a child account across two parent accounts. Simply link your child account with the other parent email address via "My Account > My Child Accounts > Edit Child > Link this child account".

How can I change my notification settings?

You can opt in or out of receiving mobile push notifications on a device from "Notifications".

You can also choose to receive account notifications via mobile push notifications or via email. See "Notifications > Settings".

Can I permanently terminate my entire account or my child accounts?

Yes, you can request the terminationg of your entire account, or a child account from My Account. A staff will be reviewing your request and action the permanent termination. Upon termination your personal data will be removed, and as such this action is irreversible.
