Frogs & Friends pool parties are a unique and exciting way to celebrate your child’s birthday or indeed any other special occasion.

We are able to offer 2 types of parties, both equally as popular as each other. Whichever option you choose, our friendly team of highly skilled lifeguards will ensure everyone has a brilliant time in a safe environment.

  • Planning a party is simple with the Frogz app. Parents can easily check availability, make a booking, and send out invites complete with all the essential details about the party and facilities. It’s never been easier to get the party started!

Traditional Party

Make your child’s party a day to remember with exclusive access to the 25m swimming pool for a fun-filled, splashtastic celebration! Children can enjoy plenty of time playing on our rafts and floats, with pool toys included to keep the energy high and the fun non-stop.

To set the perfect party vibe, music will be playing throughout, getting everyone into the celebration spirit.

Our friendly lifeguards will help organise a group photo at the end. Perfect for capturing lasting memories of your child’s special day!

Waterwalkerz Party

Enjoy exclusive access to the 25m swimming pool for an unforgettable party experience! Children can take turns inside two giant inflatable rollers located at the deep end, while those waiting can have a blast with our selection of rafts, floats and pool toys in the shallow end.

To set the party mood, music will be playing throughout and our friendly lifeguards are happy to help coordinate a fun group photo at the end. Perfect for capturing memories of this special day!

Venue details

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. All children must be 7 years or older to attend a pool party.

Can younger siblings attend?

Children under 7 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. This ratio also applies to any weak or non-swimmers, regardless of their age.

How many children can I invite?

Both party options allow for a maximum of 20 children.

How much does a party cost?

  • Traditional Pool Party: £250
  • Waterwalkerz Party: £300

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Do you provide catering?

While we don’t provide food or drinks, you're more than welcome to bring your own. We’ll have tables and benches set up on the poolside before your arrival, ready for a birthday tea after the pool session.

Don’t forget to bring your own plates, cups and napkins. Please note that glassware is not allowed anywhere on site. We’ll provide bin liners to help make clean-up simple and stress-free.

How long does a party last?

Each party runs for 2 hours:

  • 1 hour in the pool
  • 1 hour for changing and eating

When should we arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your party starts. Our lifeguards will be there early to ensure everything is ready and the party starts on time.

How many lifeguards will be present?

There will be 2 qualified lifeguards supervising and running the party. All our lifeguards are DBS checked and hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).

Party Safety Guidelines

Introduction

As lifeguards we will ensure the safety of the group by maintaining a watchful eye on all pool activity. We ask that you listen and obey our instructions at all times.

  • Should there be an accident or incident, it is our duty to record all relevant information in our accident or incident report book.
  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the lifeguard’s instructions.
  • In the unlikely event of an equipment failure, our primary concern is the safety of the group. Therefore it may be necessary to clear the pool whilst we endeavour to fix any problems that have arisen.

Pool Safety

  • Lifeguards must be informed of any non-swimmers prior to entering the water.
  • All non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age at a ratio of 1:2 (one adult to two children.)
  • Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age at a ratio of 1:2 (one adult to two children.)
  • Prior to being allowed on any equipment, all children will undergo a quick swimming assessment to ensure they are competent enough to swim in the deep end.
  • We are happy to provide armbands to all weak and non-swimmers. We advise that non-swimmers stay within standing depth of water.
  • Only swim within the restricted area.
  • No running on poolside.
  • No diving in the shallow end.
  • No fighting.
  • Should you require a visit to the toilet please inform a lifeguard so you can be accounted for.

Waterwalker Safety

In order to maintain a safe environment for you to enjoy, please be aware of the following:

  • Children under the age of 7 are not permitted in the waterwalkers at any time.
  • Non/weak swimmers are not permitted to use the waterwalkers.
  • No more than 1 person at a time in each waterwalker.
  • Jumping out of the waterwalkers is strictly prohibited.
  • When exiting the waterwalkers, please wait for the lifeguard’s instruction. The lifeguard will offer their hand for additional support if needed.
